Euclides is a highly experienced International Financial Advisor who has spent more than 25 years providing goals-based investment, wealth transfer and estate planning strategies to client families around the world. Euclides holds the CIMA® designation, awarded by IMCA, taught in conjunction with the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Euclides graduated from Babson College, where he majored in Finance and minored in Economics.

Founder and Managing Partner of Batista Advisors LLC, DBA, Batista and Moreno Advisors after a long and successful career with Citibank, N.A the Private Bank and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith. Soraya now specializes in creating independent, customized solutions to her clients in a Family Office style setting with her team. She takes pride in earning the right to be their trusted advisor. She is a strong believer in collaboration, knowledge sharing and actively promoting a client-focused culture.

Native of Panama, joined Merrill Lynch International in 1998 after graduation from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas with a double Mayor on Economics and Finance. At Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith worked his way within the organization, obtaining his series 7, 66, 9, 10. He worked as a VP in investments for 18 years managing high Net Worth families in Latin America. Eddie now is a Managing Partner at Batista Advisors LLC, dba Batista and Moreno Advisors, an Independent Wealth Management company that custodies and clears through Pershing, BNY Mellon. Eddie resides in Panama with his wife and 3 kids. His hobby and passion is cooking.

Enrique Ortega Wealth Management Partner

With years of proven success and experience, Enrique specializes in providing holistic and personalized plans to clients with a Family Office view. He helps families with financial, risk and estate planning, portfolio management, and investment advice. As a 15-year financial industry veteran, Enrique joined the team as managing partner and wealth management senior financial advisor, after almost 10 years at Citi Global Wealth Management, where he helped families globally for many years. Before that, Enrique also helped families with their financial and investment needs while serving at Bank Leumi and EFG Capital. Holding FINRA Series 7 and 66 certifications, as well as life insurance and variable annuity licenses.

Eduardo Cadenas Celi Partner

Eduardo Cadenas has been in the Private Wealth Management business for over 20 years. After finishing graduate school, he spent close to 9 years working as a Portfolio Manager for Royal Bank of Canada managing 300 Million dollars in discretionary portfolios for Ultra and High Net worth Clients in Latin America. After RBC decided to leave the international business in 2014, Eduardo was part of a very successful four-man team that left RBC to Morgan Stanley where at their peak were managing close to 1.1 Billion in assets. Eduardo holds a degree in Economics and a master’s degree in finance from Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh Scotland. Eduardo lives in Miami with his wife Maria Alejandra and three daughters. He is an avid golfer and skier.

Jose Luis García Senior Investment Advisor

Jose Luis began his financial career at Merrill in 2007, as a Client Associate in Coral Gables, FL. Jose is responsible for the supervision of investment strategies for client accounts, portfolio rebalancing, and evaluation of diverse investment opportunities. Also, Jose contributes his operational and investment experience in both the domestic and international markets. He earned his bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management of Information Systems from Florida International University. He holds FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.

Karyn Soroa International Wealth Management
Registered Associate

Karyn is responsible for enhancing the group’s efficiency and each client’s experience. Her responsibilities include opening accounts, transfer executions, document control and organizing client’s events. Karyn graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelors’ degree in Communications, and from Nova Southeastern University with a Master’s degree. She holds FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.

María Corina Gallegos International Wealth Management Associate

Maria Corina is responsible for the account management process, assisting client relationships and enhancing client’s experience. She is in charge of documentation support, account opening, processing wire transfers, scheduling client engagements and other administrative duties. Maria Corina graduated from Universidad Metropolitana, Caracas, Venezuela with a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering.

Mr. Calvo has a long and established history as a leader in the investment community. He was formally the Director of Global Fixed Income at Franklin Templeton Investments, where he directed all global macroeconomic and fixed income research and investments. He was also a member of Franklin Templeton’s Global Economic and Asset Allocation Committees.

María Miranda Investment Analyst

Maria Jose Miranda graduated Summa Cum Laude from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA where she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Economics. In 2016, she started her career in the financial industry with a six-month internship at Merrill Lynch in Philadelphia, PA, in the Wealth Management area. Then, in 2017 she joined the team as an investment analyst. Maria Jose is responsible for analyzing and monitoring investment funds, in order to build portfolios according to the different market environments.

Adrian Exposito Account Manager

Adrian Exposito has been with Bolton Global Capital since 2016. Prior to Bolton, he was working at Wells Fargo Advisors as a Registered Associate Trading for high net worth Institutional clients and also worked at Mora Wealth Management as a Portfolio Operations Associate where he acquired a broad range of experience in Trading, Operations and working with high net worth international clients as well as the Pershing platform.

Phil Grenier Trading Department

Phil Grenier currently manages Bolton Global Capital’s trading desk which is responsible for fixed income, options, FX, and equity trading. He has 16 years of industry experience. Phil graduated from New England Conservatory, and holds an MBA from Suffolk University in Boston, MA. He also holds FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses.
